Moving direction information in moving object classification #507

Describe the feature

Additional sematic information to describe moving direction of a moving object whether it is oncoming, crossing or in the same direction.

Describe the solution you would like

Add new classifier to moving object classification image

Adding moving direction to moving object classification to have a high level sematic information of the overall moving direction of a moving object whether it is oncoming, moving in the same direction or crossing.
