The openDRIVE lane type curb is missing in the OSI lane types #605

This lane type was introduced in OD1.6 and forgotten in OSI.

Exactly (though not really forgotton). Currently a curb is modelled as a lane boundary and not as a lane. As discussed in the last meeting it might make sense to model curb as a lane not only from the harmonization perspective but also to maybe easier desribe hight profile. This consideration applies to a potential 4.0 change for (physical) lanes/lane boundaries which would then also affect logical lanes/ their boundaries assuming current suggestion in https://github.com/OpenSimulationInterface/open-simulation-interface/pull/599. This needs further discussion.
