Description: The projection of the diff version of an amendment with change recommendations doesn't work well. Several problems occur.
[ ] Case A: If a change recommendation is done, which are not part of the amendment line, the change will not be displayed in the projection. Only content, that affects the amendment line is projected.
[ ] Case B: If a chang recommendation affects the amendment, the change recommendation will not be displayed in the projection if the contains crossed out content. The will just disappear, even in the amendment. (Hint: This is part of another issue, because the diff doesn't work well with recommendations in amendments. I will create an issue for this and link it. See #2504 ) - Predcondition to solve case B is to solve #2504

Reproduction:
open a meeting
open motions
create a new motion
create an amendment in the motion
Case A: Create a change recommendation in a line that does not affect the amendment content.
Case B: Create a change recommendation the cross out content of the amendment.
What should happen:
In both cases the change recommendation should be displayed in the diff version projection of the amendment to see where change recommendations are done.
