settings: motion_enable_sidebox_on_projector is twisted #562

In Openslides the option motion_enable_sidebox_on_projector is called meta info box in projector under the motion. That is exact the opposite, was the option in does.

and is this even a backend issue? shouldn't this belong to the client repo?

It has the label "client" so it is a client issue. How can I move it into the client repo?

Then it should be opened in the client repo, not the backend.
