Update env

The important change is, that the autoupdate-service and the icc-service needs access to the postgres password. The rest is only cleanup work

@ostcar thanks for fixing the tests! The changes seem sensible to me. @ostcar @normanjaeckel @rrenkert I did a quick test to check that the binary builds fine and that booting up the stack doesn't throw any unexpected warnings, which succeded. I will merge this by the end of the day, if no one intervenes.
