Add the new env vars: MEDIA_DATABASE_USER_FILE MEDIA_DATABASE_PASSWORD_FILE

Just a question: I only wanted to use MEDIA_DATABASE_PASSWORD_FILE instead of MEDIA_DATABASE_PASSWORD. MEDIA_DATABASE_USER I still want to use. Is this still enabled? Is MEDIA_DATABASE_PASSWORD disabled?
