Create ca.json #5

Yes, it is.

"ca" is the ISO code for Catalan language, and Catalonia flag is used to illustrate it, :)

I'll probably use es-ca if you don't mind, otherwise we'll end up with a Canadian flag :)

Oh! our well-known ISO-code-neighbours :) ("ca" for Catalan and "ca" for Canada)

In general, is a bad idea to use flags for represent languages. Flags represent territories. But it's your choice. Just for sanity, and if it's used only as filename, I prefeer "cat" or "catalonia" as filename.
