Piste-offsets in Johanngeorgenstadt and Oberwiesenthal #1

Hi Yves,

as your recommended I forked your project and altered the code myself.

I changed minor things in Johanngeorgenstadt.html I created a new file "Oberwiesenthal.html" dealing with cross country trails in Oberwiesenthal.

I changed/created both files in both "offset-style/lists" and "single-overlay/lists"

I hope everything is fine.
