seems like Antonio doesn't have the problem, so I probably broke something in my wrds setup. But I think the code that fixes this won't cause any harm so I'll include it.
also might have been a temporary wrds server bug...
regardless, sas code in PrepScripts/ now works in 29fe27fb6e8646e67421a338c37ffb37cec73fc6
Seems like the sas code run on the wrds servers now needs to load up the wrds default librefs
