Batch updates to Ferguson datasets #28

Changes

  1. Updated build.py to be simpler (not a copy+paste of cells in TestData.ipynb. Uses runipy to run notebook and generate NWB files
  2. Figures from data overview included in /images directory
  3. Fixed sweep labels to include padding and match stored sweep_number
  4. Converted data to SI units before storing.
  5. Fixed injected current values/descriptions.
