Add option on search results page to search through OSB documentation #312

i.e. find strings in content here https://github.com/OpenSourceBrain/OSB_Documentation and link directly to pages such as http://opensourcebrain.org/docs#Converting_To_NeuroML2

Need to decide whether worth it for OSBv1...

A quick option for this could be to add a link "Search for xxx in OSB Documentation" on the main results page, e.g. this page http://www.opensourcebrain.org/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&projects=1&neuroml_DB=1&q=sardinia would have a link to https://github.com/OpenSourceBrain/OSB_Documentation/search?q=sardinia&unscoped_q=sardinia

Given that OSBv2 will not have redmine at all, this stuff will no longer get embedded there. Are there plans to have such static content on OSBv2?

If not, perhaps we should think about a separate, independent static website for documentation and outreach: progress updates and news and so on? We won't need to change the URL even if we use something simple like Github pages.

For the actual search function, it's probably best to use a search box that simply uses a Google or (preferably) Duckduckgo site specific search:
