Add pedal count and wheel count for gear ratio calculation #18

A very low priority feature for when you are desperately short of things to do...

Must be taken when pedals under torque so numbers are valid. Can be used to calculate gear ratio, and thus actual sprocket numbers and shifting.

Casainho, is this something you plan to implement in the firmware? What do you recommend?

I do not plan, no free time currently. But if I had free time, I would instead focus on validate/correct the human power calculation as many users are saying the value is about 2x more. I have that idea of using the formula for sinewave average value, etc. etc.

I will later look into the human power calculation and for now keep developing what I have started.
