Improvements made so far targeting #79 :

Menu and subfield navigation now goes up AND down using the up/down buttons instead of going only up using the power button
Offroad mode is now toggled by a power button + up/down long click instead of only a power button + up/down button click

Note: these changes are untested on the KT-LCD3 display (yet), but compile correctly.
