Document what is, and is not, finished #4

The Readme currently reads "unfinished OpenSource firmware for it." and the project has been stuck for months by now.

It's not super clear for new interested parties what the current status of the firmware is.

@casainho Could you make 2 quick lists in the readme: A. What is working in the firmware B. What is not working in the firmware

I do not remember what is working and not. But I do remember to put only the source code / drivers that I did test, so, the code on the repository did build and did run. About the motor, I do not remember for sure, but seems other developer shared the motor code with me and he tested the code on his motor and it was running.

I just updated the README with "very initial, unfinished and not tested, OpenSource firmware" and I hope this is clear for everyone. New developers need to read the code and all the information on the repository.

To be clear, I do not have interested on TSDZ2 motor anymore. My main ebike has a Bafang M500 motor that is better suited for my needs.

@stancecoke I think you tested/build the code @casainho refered to?
