leds active on app assist up/down

make wireless controller leds react to assist changes on app (and maybe remote too?)

User have feedback on the app or remote when change assist level. Better to let the wireless board quiet.

On the wireless board should be possible to change the assist level and turn on/off the motor, then, the LEDs should blink on that case.
