ANT timeout /pwr improvements #43

@casainho , This pull request has the following:

  1. managed to decrease 10% off the power off standby current. Small amount, but helps the battery life!
  2. Reduced Ant timeout to 15s. Remote will try to reconnect for 3 minutes if connection lost.
  3. remote will reconnect ANT Lev on press of plus or minus keys if connection lost
