Added the tex file for students #18

OK, @janertl, here is my worry about uploading this .tex file. I want this document to be yours. It is possible that someone could take your LaTeX code, modify it a little, and make their own code. The best would be for them to cite you. I rarely put my publications or notes source text in the public domain. The exception is Jupyter notebooks. However, we are working with QuantEcon to make those more like citable publications as well. If you still want me to merge this, I will. I just want you to get credit for your intellectual property.

I will close this PR for now. I'm not generally opposed to posting my code even with the danger of misappropriation, but I will first look into how I could make the notes easier to cite. Thank you for the note of caution!
