@kerkphil I added the 3-period-lived agent OG chapter to the BootCamp2019/Econ/Wk4_OG folder, and I also added an S-period-lived OG chapter and a bibliography. Let's just have this OG chapter be in one place. So I am going to close this PR without merging.
