Courses questions: Github then Piazza. Course conversations: Slack.

I have a strong preference for GitHub so that people outside of the OSE Lab can easily contribute and that these conversations can be tightly associated with the course curriculum. But I am currently looking into a Slack channel and Piazza. I just don't want to diffuse the conversation far beyond GitHub.
