Update U.S. employment normalized peak plot with March data #107

This PR updates the U.S. employment normalized peak plot in the gallery with the March employment data (downloaded April 4, 2021). I also updated the bokeh JavaScript files in static/vendor/ directory to be compatible with Bokeh 2.3.0.
