Remove University of Chicago logo and copyright #43

Removes the University of Chicago logo and copyright from the footer. The new footer looks like this:

@rickecon It would be great if you could get me the images with a transparent background (they all have white backgrounds right now). Once I have that, I can replace the simple text in the footer with the logo.

I'll work on getting those images with clear backgrounds tonight.
