Updated US GDP norm peak plot to incorporate Feb 5 data #99

This PR updates the U.S. GDP normalized peak plot to incorporate February 5, 2021 data with the Q4 2020 numbers. I also fixed some typos that had the series going only to 2020. I updated them to 2021.
