Please adjust the read process as discussed. The process has to be capable of handeling different kinds of covariate labels from the inititalization file.
Note that this includes additional adjustments on the simulation process.
We want to get to the point where the labels, specified in the initialization file, are implemented as column labels in the simulated dataframe.
