I've been looking at how best to present the clearance and solubility data that we have for the
publication and below is what I've come up with. Any suggestions about how this figure/table or how to best present this data are welcome!
A couple of issues I've run across:
The inherited and Monash data are slightly different... I've addressed this as best I can in the footnotes. Happy for any suggestions of a better way to do it!
For the solubility data, I'm not sure what units the inherited data are in. If mg/ml, we can put units in the table heading. If uM, we could possibly convert to have all data in the same unit? Or address this in footnotes as well.
I think it might be helpful for readers to do a stoplight color coding system for this data. Are there any agreed-upon cutoffs for good/medium/bad for clearance and solubility data?
MMV669844 and MMV670936 have clearance data but it's hepatocyte clearance - not comparable to anything else in the table. Unsure how to handle this - maybe just drop them?
