Synthesis of 4-(5-phenethoxy-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrazin-3-yl)benzonitrile #165

The experiment still needs tidied but we also had some success with KOtBu in THF as per: http://malaria.ourexperiment.org/triazolopyrazine_se/9131/Synthesis_DS_113.html - we ran out of time before purifying the compound though, but it looked like it was doing something by TLC.

This issue is being reopened as more compound is needed for characterisation and in vitro DMPK and solubility testing (issue #213).
