This is a rework of the issue I posted many months ago that contained compounds that could not be synthesized due to instability I forgot to account for!

The dimethyl phosphine oxide functional group should be easy to install onto a compound like OSM-S-391 via displacement of the iodine provided the dimethyl phosphine oxide can be sourced

@edwintse Is dimethylphosphine oxide a compound you stock in your lab?
