Biological Data on OSM-S-106 #59

Some data has come back for OSM-S-106, the original TCAMS hit for the aminothienopyrimidine series.

Solubility and metabolism: http://malaria.ourexperiment.org/uri/3c6 Upshot: low levels of metabolism. Solubility is OK, but does not look fantastic (12.5-25 micrograms per mL at pH 6.5). Improving solubility is the reason for making ortho-subst analogs: https://github.com/OpenSourceMalaria/OSM_To_Do_List/issues/58

To Do: establish the favourability of these numbers for this hit as a justification for continuing to examine the series. Comments below or on the ELN entry.
