I mentioned this in the last Tc before you joined - the thought was that there was no need for two URLs since we can always Google the organisation... That's probably true for most people. This means that the picture, name and affiliation have the same URL associated with them.

For adding bespoke picture of people without Gravatar email addresses, the pictures must be 80 px by 80 px. Sorry, @chuckfitzpatricksf , what's the syntax? So for John Overington's entry I have this:

Assuming I have a picture ready on my hard drive, do I upload to one of these comments, in order to obtain the correct link? Then do I put "XXX": "[link]" but what's XXX? And where in the entry does this go? Thought I had an example in the above, but they're all Gravatar.

Well putting it here allowed me to get the link for the image, which I can access again if I "edit" the comment. Not sure what happens if you delete the relevant comment.

If you copy the link part from the comment (for example)

f.cloud.github.com/assets/4386101/778706/a530932e-e9b8-11e2-86ee-dd8b1a7b6d55.png

and put that in the "avatar" entry for the person, that will work.

You should be able to safely delete the comment after you do that. (I suggest you try on to be sure.)
