It looks as though human PPB would be required – either predicted (in silico or based on an animal PPB) or calculated.
Note that the numbers for the controls are given in ng/ml, so we presumably ought to convert to concentration so that we can compare?
If a cell is a blank ("-") it's not clear what that means? Not determined, or non-detectable?

Thanks to Stephen Brand at MMV, and the folks at Swiss TPH, we have obtained IC50 and Hill Slope data for the NF54 72h hypoxanthine assay for OSM-S-106 (MMV025100-09). This should help with dose predictions using MMVSola, which is the outstanding action item here.
