Compound OSM-S-106 sent for biotransformation experiment #3

A series 3 compound, OSM-S-106, was included along with four series 4 compounds in a shipment on 6/4/18 to Pfizer to look at possible biotransformations in liver microsomes.

Have chased Scott's team. Scott sent original data, also uploaded to Github. Nothing dramatic found, as Scott says: "I had generated metabolite profiles for it across microsomes from several species. It appeared that it only generated oxidations to N-oxides or hydroxylamines so we probably didn’t pursue any biosynthesis since such compounds are usually not of interest and generally easily made thru conventional synthesis." Closing, but have installed link to this issue on wiki. Another useful contribution from Scott's excellent team at Pfizer.
