The following compounds were synthesised by @yinuowang0812 and sent to TGSLS for potency evaluation against P. falciparum 3D7. The results have been received as below.

106 positive control is as expected
Both sulfamates (80 and 81) are moderately active
The benzylic alcohol (86) is inactive Chemdraw Feb 2023.zip
