Update Dec 15 2019: enatiopure Higenamine is present in the current set of compounds to be screened but it is listed as "WY-3"
The first thing that struck me about OSM S5 was the similarity to compounds isolated from both poppy and lotus plants - namely Higenamine, Reticuline and Laudanosine
Reticuline was screened vs PFal 3D7 in 2015 with a reported 1.18 µM IC50
Higenamine has not had any proper data established regarding PFal IC50 - most studies have been about it's effects on the autonomic nervous system as people used to put this stuff in energy drinks!
Laudanosine was shown in 1998 to potentiate the effects of the classic antimalarial drug chloroquine - but information is scarce and a in vitro re-evaluation is most likely in order
Most of these structures are shown in racemic form as the cleanest synthetic route I could find generates a 50:50 mix of the S and R forms of the alkaloids:
