Agenda

1. Outstanding action items from #46:

• [ ] @fantasy121 and @dmitrij176 to collate a table of their compounds with the columns personal code, MYOS code, smile string and logD and send to @Wilson-Lm and co. to get data on AUC values. If you don't have the logD leave blank until we get the values from @bendndi.
• [ ] @wwjvdsande, @Wilson-Lm to update AUC values in master list based on their decision for best day to calculate them at.
• [ ] @Wilson-Lm to double check master list and send to @bendndi to populate with logD values.
• [ ] Volunteer to combine all sheets in the master worksheet into a single living master sheet noting the box or who synthesised the compound in the by whom column.
• [ ] Any volunteer to post agendas before meetings?
• [ ] All: use MycetOS molecule numbering system, #44. <--volunteer to ensure this is installed somewhere central, e.g. in Techops repo.

2. Science updates from each site

• Optimal day for AUC
• Any need to go back to Epichem to source remaining fenarimols for the paper?
• Are logD values all sorted now?

3. AOB

• Next newsletter? When to send it out and what will it contain?
• Collaboration updates @wwjvdsande and @kym834/@alintheopen.

@kym834 @dmitrij176 @fantasy121 @Wilson-Lm @MA-Jjingyi @MA-Jjingyi I added the Mw and the AUCs in the master sheet. I also modified the MMV boxes and merged them into 1 sheet. I added Ma's recent COVIDbox screening data as well. For the COVID box we are currently running the IC50 experiments. Those data is not there yet. I have hidden the individual MMV files so that everyone works in the same file. May be the same can be done with the fenarimols. I added everything in the MYOS tab however there are a lot of other tabs as well. The epichem library is usefull to keep but the others not so much I think. So could every person who created additional tabs on the fenarimol check if the data is also found under the MYOS tab and if it is remove the tabs which are redundant.

Thanks for adding the molecular weights @wwjvdsande - I think this makes you an honorary chemist :) I agree with you about merging the sheets - very important, otherwise we'll get confused about where to add new data. Also agree with the idea of keeping Epichem sheet distinct for now.

@wwjvdsande @mattodd Unfortunately for the import into DataWarrior I need a single row for the column headers, unfortunately the Google spreadsheet has two rows of headers.
