Hey Erika - we should be able to send them this week, if you can tell me the correct address etc to send them to?
I thought we'd send the six most active molecules, which is MYOS421, MYOS424 - 426, MYOS536 and MYOS538. Would you also like us to send some of the lead compound (MYOS178) or do you have that on hand already?
We do have more compounds if you're keen on running lots - just let us know.

@KlementineJBS Hi Klementine, I did the calculations and 10-15mg of the aminothiazole compounds would be sufficient to run the assay tests (will be looking at activity against 20S proteasome, histone deacetylase, PI3K). How many compounds were you thinking of sending and approximately when can you send them?
