Proteomic data #6

From our proteomic data, we saw that in the mycetoma grain woronin bodies and trehalose are important. The woronin body is ascomycete (fungal) specific and trehalose is found in invertebrates, plants, fungi and bacteria but not in mammalians. They might also be good targets to explore. For trehalose I can find some molecules however i did not find anything for woronin bodies. May be somebody else has found something? To prevent the function of the woronin body a compound needs to interfere with the folding of the woronin body protein Hex.
