Running `java-ffmpeg` version on ReactOS / winxp #25

I tried to run Tracker on ReactOS (win-like OpenSource OS). I've managed to run only old, xuggle version; new, java-ffmpeg version, runned but didn't open any video: The video could not be opened. This is the best result among all my attempts to guess the appropriate build of ffmpeg binaries. Any ideas, @fschuett ?
