Display conversation content on notification email #696

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When one receive a notification email for a private conversation, it only shows that someone has sent a message. Users may not understand what is at stake. Even when they join the platform they might be lost not seeing the highlighted enveloppe if their previous session ended. Our clients who use these messages to contact users (ex: participatory budgeting project holders) have very low results.

Describe the solution you'd like As proposals/comments notifications have recently been enhanced with the display of the content directly within the email, it would be great to be able to read the private message one received + the link to go answer on the platform.

Does this issue could impact on users private data? I don't think so.
