Typography & font scaling with clamp based on screen size. #35

Changed the general typography with clamp. This should allow for the font to scale based on screen size while maintaining a min-max font-size. Also included new font scaling based on https://utopia.fyi/ . The new scaling uses a minor third music scale on mobile screens and a perfect fourth scale on desktop.
