Remove currencies available in QL-SWIG v1.31 #24

Hi, We recently added all currencies to the QL-SWIG files so these declarations won't be needed starting from QL 1.31.

Hi Fredrik, these currencies made it into QuantLib-SWIG 1.31, right? I should read the title of your PR.. OK, I'll upgrade ORE to QL 1.31.1 shortly and will remove these currencies from QuantExt-SWIG. Regards, Roland

Hi, Yes, indeed, they came in here: https://github.com/lballabio/QuantLib-SWIG/pull/567. Thanks for taking a look at the upgrading of QL.
