State Machine UI #1710

The new state machine would really benefit from a simple UI. Possible actions to do there:

Go to another state
See list of states to go to form the current state
Maybe show an overview of the state machine? (However, might not make sense for really complex machines)

Maybe an external webpage that connects to OpenSpace and render/edit/run the state machine
