Links in info areas are not clickable #2332

The info button shows text with urls sometimes, but because the box disappears after moving the cursor away, it's not possible to click or even copy the url.

Eg: https://naif.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/naif/toolkit_docs/C/cspice/timout_c.html

Same problem exists in the info buttons of SceneGraphNodes
