Improvement: Add text restriction warning in Station Name

Hello, First of all, even though my hardware isn't connected yet I'm really excited and pleased with my first experience in the GUI of OpenSprinkler. Nice work

I'm not a programmer really but I think this could be a simple Javascript or CSS fix that could be quite helpful.

Problem:

• When I type a station name longer than 32 characters, it seemed to either a) not save the name at all or b) save part of the name
• This is a problem because it appears as a 'bug' when really it seems like just a text field length limitation

Solution:

• Put a CSS text field warning in the field with class "station-name center inline-icon" (I think...) when approaching (orange colour?) and then when you hit (red colour?) 32 characters

Then the person knows what's going on and it would be very natural / comfortable to adjust to it instead of feeling it as a software bug

This is a issue about the OpenSprinkler UI / App, it's not about the firmware. Please resubmit this in the OpenSprinkler-App repo.
