Tei transform #84

Here it is:

The script for the transformation ( folder "transform" )
The workflow for the automation ( .github/workflows/transform.yml )
All the stemmata already in the database converted to TEI and graphml.

PS: I think we still need to make some changes in the TEI schema, because the elements of msDesc are not always properly validated.

We need to update the tests for the commits, as we need to allow for the tei files and graphml files to be accepted. @Jean-Baptiste-Camps : can you do the changes in those scripts directly in this branch (TeiTransform)?

I'm trying to change the test-folder-structure so that it allows for either the 3 basic files (metadata.txt, stemma.png, stemma.png) or for 5 files including the graphml and tei

The tests have been updated, all TEI and graphml files have been created and the automatic conversion for new submission is working. We just need to merge :) @Jean-Baptiste-Camps
