Update documentation to 0.7.6 #12

I went through all the pages and updated them to include new functionality and images so that they now match the GP2040-CE v0.7.6

Notable changes: Changed the name of "PS4/PS5 Compatibility" page to "Console Compatibility", necessitating adding the client-side redirect to avoid confusion
