The greatest need for the OpenStories project is prototyping a website. We need a website for OpenStories that is open source and allows users to discover stories by location, discipline, and language. As our first step we are seeking your help in converting the proposed mockup below to HTML & CSS.

Task

  1. Comment on this task stating that you intend to complete this task
  2. When you're ready, add your html mocks to the static directory and create a pull request.

Concept

The OER World Map is an excellent example of the type of website and map we are seeking. The OER World Map is build on Open Street Map.

A similar approach for the OpenStories map can be used. An example from the project's initial proposal looked like this:

For OpenStories, we will feature existing stories (keynotes, blog posts), and voice and video recordings especially recorded for OpenStories.

If you would like to contribute, please create an aesthetic HTML mockup that resembles this but is branded for OpenStories.
