Develop New L frontend application.

Logging
Dispatch renderers to any element (associate CSS too?)
Bring code forth from Phase 1 and place into framework

Looks like logging frameworks aren't going to do what I want.. might just implement my own console so I can separate from dev tools

Live2D and Three.js example is working! I was worried that using my copies of assets and vendor files might not work because the original author of Live2D-ThreeJS hosts it separately and I wasn't going to pinch anything not on GIthub.

Phase 2:

Call init in hero.js and logo.js from L.js
Create Character Test demo in Games page
Union Platform in hero area demo, get procedural textures and sprite thingo working. Be nice to have reflections on the building huh?
