Change URL of repository to http://localhost:8080/winery/ #11

Currently, the repository is configured to http://stable.winery.opentosca.org/servicetemplates/

This should be changed to http://localhost:8080/winery/

Reason: The docker-file should be self-contained and there should not be any external dependencies.

This also prepares https://github.com/OpenTOSCA/opentosca-docker/issues/2.

This has been fixed in the latest drop.
