Failed to connect to files.opentosca.org #7

Hi,

I am trying to use opentosca on Mac and ubuntu. But on both system, I met the same issue. I can not get any response from files.opentosca.org, even I tried to ping this url, it was still not working.

Here is the part of the log: --2017-08-02 21:13:15-- http://files.opentosca.org/third-party/master/wso2bps-2.1.2-java8.zip Resolving files.opentosca.org (files.opentosca.org)... 129.69.214.90 Connecting to files.opentosca.org (files.opentosca.org)|129.69.214.90|:80... failed: Connection refused.

We currently experiencing issues with our infrastructure. We are working on it. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Hey @frankleesd the issues with files.opentosca.org are fixed and the Docker builds should work again with the latest master. Please follow the steps in the README.
