Adding GR patches lost in upgrade to 1.3.2 #416

Code sourced from Thibault Godouet patch commit sha 9be51cfc. Linted the files a bit as well.

Completed standing up hbase + opentsdb + gnuplot + tcollector today in AWS. Ran this new branch of tcollector code here and compared the log files to the opensource master branch. Seemed to be working OK so far. There was actually one warning reduced from the opensource master branch in the new branch; the line WARNING: opentsdb.sh: /opt/gross/repos/tcollector/collectors/0/opentsdb.sh: line 21: nc: command not found wasn't found in the output of the new branch. Will check on the log files again tomorrow after it's been running overnight.

At the moment, this PR is not ready to be merged, and when it is, I'll update this description to remove this sentence.
