[sk_SK] Translator access request #384

Hi,

I would like to ask for access to help translating OpenTTD and its subprojects into Slovak.

The Slovak language is well known to me, and I promise to cooperate with my fellow translators to give the end-users the best experience possible.

While not native speaker, I am familiar with the language and I am able to mainly help with minor adjustments - outdated strings or where no major translation has to be done.
